1. Refund Policy Overview

We are committed to providing quality AI image generation services. This policy defines when refunds are available and the conditions that apply. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests apply to initial subscription purchases only — renewals are not eligible. Requests are considered only when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Fewer than 10 AI generation tasks have been submitted on the account
  • At least 80% of the purchased credits remain unused
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Credit packages
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Purchases made at a discounted or promotional price

4. Refund Amount & Processing Fees

Approved refunds are calculated based on the proportion of unused credits remaining at the time of the request. For annual subscriptions, a 5% processing fee is deducted from the original purchase price and subtracted from the refund. Monthly subscription refunds follow the same proportional calculation but are not subject to the processing fee. For example: if you purchased an annual plan at $143 and have 85% of your credits unused, the refund amount would be: ($143 × 85%) − ($143 × 5%) = $114.40.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@nano-banana-pro.io from the address associated with your account
  2. Include your order number, account email, and the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your remaining credits and membership benefits remain accessible through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund.

8. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed: (1) your membership subscription is cancelled immediately and all associated benefits are removed; (2) your credit balance is set to zero. Your account remains active and you can continue to use the platform as a free user. Commercial usage rights are revoked for any content generated under the refunded plan.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback automatically suspends your account and access to all generated assets until the investigation is resolved. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or payment processor for unfounded disputes. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account.

10. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through a marketplace, app store, or reseller, you must request a refund directly from that vendor under their policies. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made outside our platform.
